I spoke with Belay just briefly today and he said your file has been found!!! Very good news. I will follow up with him next week to see if he knows when and if MOWA will be sending your case to court with the note like they had said before. As soon as I have that information I will let you know. I just wanted to let you know that the file has indeed been found.
