Okay, so the document that was being requested - is no longer needed. In fact the Kebele is no longer issuing the document that had been requested by MoWA. What IS necessary is an additional LOCAL court date!!!!!!!!

What I'm referring to here is not the usual Federal First Instance Court, but a local court. So the person who needs to complete the document and has shown up at the Kebele 4 times already, now needs to request an additional court date for him/herself. After that ruling - a opinion will be issued. After an opinion is issued, the Federal First Instance Court and MoWA will review the opinion and then supposedly grant the adoption.
How much fun is this??????
Gladney is hopeful that we will get a quick court date - meaning 2-4 weeks out, but it's unknown and they'll hopefully learn more tomorrow.

I'm so sorry to hear of another delay!! I'm sure you are about ready to spit nails (or whatever that saying is)!! One thing about it, you will have dotted all the i's and crossed all the t's so by the time you finally get her she will definitely be yours.
I think I already posted that we got someone to take the candies for us so you have one less thing to worry about once you travel. I will continue to check back to see your progess and how you are doing.
