Hello All,
I'm a bit disappointed to announcement that I have been forced to take down the photos of my little princess. Sadly, one family had posted photos of their referred child and had a fundraiser on their blog and it was brought to the Ethiopian government's attention. To say the least, they didn't like it. In fact, they have stated that the family WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO adopt from Ethiopia. The child they were referred, is no longer theirs. How heartbreaking. So to avoid any possibility of this occurring in my adoption, I have made the decision to take all photos of her off until the adoption is finalized in-country.
So from this day forward all photos will be sent via email to those wanting to see! If you would like to be included in those please just comment on this entry and I'll keep you posted!
Now you'll be stuck with just my words until I can finally bring her home.

i feel sick to my stomach for the family. how heartbreaking. i know you are not supposed to post pictures of children until after the court date, and i saw many people doing it, but wow, i never thought it would get to that. i am so concerned because i saw that jocelyn's (pacey) is no longer accessible and if it was her i know she will be crushed after losing peyton. or perhaps it was the family waiting for abe... gosh, how unfortunate...
I'd love to see pictures of your sweet girl!! Count me in...I can't wait until you pass court and you can plaster her beautiful face on your blog again!!

I'm glad there are such brilliant bureaucrats watching out for these kids. I specifically enjoyed coming to your caringbridge site and your new blog in part becasue of all your pictures. What a tremendous waste that is.
I'd love to be kept in the loop too!
